Checkers Riverwalk doesn't care about customers.

If I could choose less stars than a one, I would have. Checkers Riverwalk in Three Rivers is pathetic. Firstly, my mom went there on three occasions wanting to withdraw money together with her shopping (as they advertise that you can withdraw money from inside checkers at lower costs than at an ATM), and she was told they don't have enough money.. Like what, you don't have R500 or R800 in the whole of checkers to help a customer? A customer that buys groceries every month from checkers an supports checkers.

A week ago we decided that we will try avoid Checkers Riverwalk as their shelves are mostly empty, service is bad and the people scanning your products are bad mouthing you in their language thinking you won't understand a word. Today we decided to try them again, and randomly noticed while walking out, that quite some items are more than what it is marked on the shelf for. Went back to complain and eventually got some money refunded but mostly with issues and explanations about why the price on the shelf should be considered as incorrect. Get your workers to sort out the shelves and pack things in their correct spaces with correct prices for products. How can you pay R54 rand for an item marked R39. 99 on the shelf. And how many people just pays for their stuff without even noticing the price difference. It is ridiculous to cheat the customers.

And to put a cherry on top of the cake, stinking, chicken that is off. We wanted to buy a big pack of chicken fillers but saw that the packs was quite ****** so was a bit sceptical about whether the fridge is cold enough or not.. Funny enough, only bought a small pack with two fillets in and by the time we got home, it smelled like a dead rat has been lying in the car for ages. It's horrible. So many people is gonna waste their money on buying chicken that is not right anymore. So many people can get sick. This is terrible.
