Checkers ripping customers off

Placed order on 8 July. We ordered a number of wines as specials were running. Besides the order taking over 3 hours to get delivered. They seemed to be out of stock on most things. They replaced the wine with alternatives that we didn't select as alternatives and were substantially more expensive!! Some of the specials were also only app**** if you purchased 2 bottles, they only gave one and replaced other with alternative thus not applying the special. This is not the first time this has happened. Other orders we have placed they also apparently have no stock and replace with more expensive items. This is a major Checkers Hyper how can they always run out of stock. This is clearly a ploy by management of that hyper to rip customers off, replacing goods with more expensive items. My wife logged a complaint on 9 July and I done same twice on 11 July Ticket: ***, still no feedback from Checkers or the store!
