CHECKERS HYPER CENTURION. Purchased a nescafe Dulce Gusto. On special a set of two mugs was part of the promotion. the manager said they dont have any in stock. when i suggested he call forest hill hyper so i may purchase the promo there if stock of the mugs was available. he said there is nothing he can do they dont have stock of the mugs in the whole country. I was not even offered a rain check. I am now aware that other branches are giving mugs as stated in the promotion. Essentially i have been ********** by such a major chain store.

Please assist in rectifying
