Checkers reverse our transaction

Once more I write a review of checkers raslouw and checkers’s careless and negligant behaviour. We have complained to customer support about this but their response haven’t been helpful at all On 25 June ( more than a week ago) my husband paid via credit card at Checkers Raslouw Centurion for over R800 worth of groceries. The cashier leaned over and yanked the card out while it was still authorizing causing the transaction to lie in pending on my husband’s credit card and him leaving without the groceries. Neither the manager nor checkers support have been helpful in resolving this adopting a wait and see attitude for over a week where other merchants would and could have reversed the transaction. Do you realise we should ay interest on this credit card transaction and the funds is not available to us to use?Checkers reverse the transaction and give us our money back and start treating your customers like you care and want them to cone back. We will not visit Checkers again
