Checkers refuses to help pensioners after the 1st

I went with my mom to checkers in Randfontein yesterday to withdraw her pension fund as she is old and needs assistance. Checkers refused to help the pensioners withdraw their money, as they say if you dont come on the 1st you dont get assistance, Checkers in Cresta also told me this, and I refused to accept it, because knowehere on their store is a notice up informing pensioners about this, and what kind of a rule is this, these are old people you are dealing with, if all of them come on the 1st they have to stand in a long line to wait for their money, have you and SASSA thought about this, this is not only disrespectful to the elderly but also a cost to them as it is they dont get much money, i had to take my mother to absa to withdraw the funds, and absa bank obviously charged her fees for this, Checkers is really not helping SASSA to assist with the withdrawal of funds, they are not accomodating at all, they forever complaining that they have no money in their tills, Cresta is forever complaining about this evertime I go there
