Checkers refuses to exchange Sodastream cylinder

I went to checkers yesterday at Tambotie mall to exchange sodastream cylinders for full cylinders. Its a simple process, exchange the cylinder for a refilled cylinder from sodastream and pay a nominal fee. The person at the kiosk refused to do that, claiming that we must buy the cylinders from them and the we can exchange. This is probably the only shop that works on this principle. To cut a long story short, I went to Pick & Pay and it was promptly exchanged with a smile. I want to thank Checkers for this marvelous gesture,of pointing me to this new Pick & Pay. I have found a very pleasant shop which I did not know of before, and that I will go to in future.
