Checkers rapid response to a problem & excellent customer care

I had a problem with a gammon I purchased from Checkers Sunninghill. Mistakes happen. Its how the mistake is dealt with that's important. I mentioned my problem on the Checkers website and received a response from management very quickly. The regional manager, George, also phoned me about my issue. I returned the item to Checkers and had no problems whatsoever. The Sunninghill store were responsive and helpful and went the extra mile in responding to this issue. If only other large retailers had the same approach to customers who had an unfortunate initial experience. Well done Checkers.
