Checkers Protea Heights - UNFRIENDLY

On a previous occasion I reported to the management team verbally and via Checkers Web Site how un-friendly the staff is especially the tellers. At the time I promised myself I will never go back to Checkers Protea Heights but my mom (86 years old) convinced me I must ‘forgive and forget’ and I tried Checkers Protea Heights again.

Well this time round I was serviced by Margeret Sipambo (Speed Teller) and my gosh what an unfriendly person. I greeted her 3 times and yet she has to greet me back. I was speechless and thought by myself this can not be that I have experienced it again.

It is clear the tellers especially Margeret Sipambo at Checkers Protea Heights need a wake up call from management. She does not seem to realize there are a lot of people who would do her job with a smile and be thank full for having a job.

She is a teller representing the brand Checkers and in my opinion she let the brand down!
