Checkers - Promise not fullfilled

Checkers Area Manager for Checkers Ferndale on Main, Checkers Fairland and Checkers Emmerentia, promised to make call after taking down my details. The issues related to the odd sizes of their hot dog rolls that range from small to even smaller, issues that was brought to the Area Manager's attention and that of the stores. Promotional item not on shelve at time the promotion started due to supplier issues. Must indicate that there was no issue with the refunding of items bought at the bakery departments of the stores. Discovered that their WhatsApp number is very responsive to complaints. The issue is the promise by an Area Manager that he will make contact with a customer. Not holding my breath this will take place since it is almost 2-3 weeks later.
