Checkers Processes Suc****

The mentally of the people that come up with processes at Checkers need to be re-evaluated.

There is a special on the 1.5L Coke of which there was no stock in the bluff branch (2 people went to check). So I went to ask for a rain check as I work in Umhlanga is it isn’t easy for me to get to the store during the week. The front end controller on duty then tells me I can only take 3 because that’s how rain checks work. Bare in mind that there is absolutely no restriction on the special. My husband and I then asked her if there’s no restriction on the special how can there be a restriction on the rain check????? She cannot answer that. Then we informed them that if they had stock we would have bought 8 units as there is no limit on the special.

Checkers, please fix your dumb processes if they make no sense and makes the life’s of everyone inconvenient. If that’s the case, why should even support a company that cannot accommodate customers????
