Checkers PRELLER SQUARE BLOEMFONTEIN

My husband went to Checkers this morning and he is citizen of Bloemfontein, his trolly was full of groceries as we all know sometimes we forget things, so as it happens my husband forgot his extra savings card and when getting to the till the till lady would not assist him and swipe her extra savings card which previous tellers have helped with before I think that after spending thousands of Rands this is NOT CLIENT SERVICE at all. Checkers @ preller square really need to check their client service at their tills because of this groceries were left behind. Unacceptable and actually appalling.
