Checkers Plumstead - Staff Requires training

<p>Yesterday I drew money at Till no 17 from Portia Bavuma at Checkers in Plumstead. The cashier apparantly did not have enough money and called the supervisor on duty who instructed someone to fetch the money, I think. Portia then proceeded to scan the items of the client behind me without telling me a word. I was left to wonder and figure out that My transaction is done and I have to wait they went to fetch the required amount of cash. 10 minutes later I approached the supervisor who looked surprised and irrated that I was still there. She then got money from one of the other cashers or from a bag somewhere and proceeded to walk past me back to till no 17 and hand the money to the cashier Portia. Not a word said, no apology forth-coming. I left disgusted. Today I paid with a R200 for R25 worth of stuff and the cashier on Till no. 2 had no change. 5 Minutes later I managed to scratch R25 together and left after having no sight of a supervisor . Thank you Checkers. I wont come again.</p>
