Checkers Pineslopes does not honour their EeziCoupons

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Last night my husband, my son and I went to Checkers Pineslopes. I created a list on EeziCoupons and we bought those exact items. When we went to the till, they did not ask if we had EeziCoupons and they just put the transaction through. We went to the manager and explained this. At first she did not understand, but then did a full return and put everything through again. </p> <p>She then told me to enter a WiCode. I told her that it just gave me a QR Code or my cellphone number. She then looked at me like I'm an idiot. I showed her the screen so she changed it to entering my cellphone number, but it didn't work. She then proceeded to mutter excuses about how there is no other way to do it. I asked her to show me how to get a WiCode and she had no idea. </p> <p>By then, this transaction had taken 20 minutes because they had to fetch a new returns book as well and as we had gone at 19:10 and done our shopping as well, it was now closing time and my son was extremely tired and crying. </p> <p>This manager was EXTREMELY rude and UNBELIEVABLY ***********.</p> <p>If the Manager of Checkers can't use the EeziCoupons, how is the rest of the world supposed to?</p> <p>I politely request that this matter be resolved and some form of compensation be given to me as this was the worst experience I have ever received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Pam</p>
