Checkers Personnel Management

<p>First of all I'll start by apologizing for the late complaint. Last week on the 30th of September 2016 while I was shopping at Checkers in Noordheuwel there was a quarrel in the front office just next to the main door, so after gathering my information I found out that one of the employees was being pointed at with a finger while shout at and the person that was doing all the shouting and the pointing was said to be a Personnel Management someone I thought would be able to handle the situation better than the way it was handled, and I still wonder where the lady went for training and yet you expect the poor employees to treat their management with respect while the management doesn't deserve to be treated with that, am not taking sides as I don't.even know what the poor lady had done but I really personally think the Personnel lady could do much better than the way she acted as a Personnel manager. Please take this into consideration, STOP TREATING YOUR EMPLOYEES BADLY AS YOU DO.</p>
