Checkers Pavillion-Rediculous Service

<p>Yesterday (29-11-2016)evening I went to shop at Checkers Hyper the Pavilion in Durban, as I was leaving the shop was closing, I had bought a 6 pack of fresh milk and realized that it was not in the trolley. As they were closed, at 9:15 today(30-11-2016) I was at their customer services to enquire about the milk, the assistant manager went to view the CCTV, and told me that the milk left the store and that it was left under the trolley by the packer. Why should I take responsibility for milk that was irresponsibility left under the trolley for me not to see and not get told. I had to buy another 6 pack to prove that I was not lying.why would a packer leave groceries where the shopper would not see them and then the store management takes no responsibility for it.</p>
