Checkers overport staff Rude and disrespectful

Checkers overport ..Absolutely ridiculous, and some of their staff and one of their managers are soo rude I will never go back to that shop ever again. I was doing shopping with my fiancé and waiting in the queue to pay and the security comes to us and talk so rudely to move behind.. I got a shock at the way she spoke and said I will not we are waiting to pay. She says only one family member allowed in the shop. I got very angry as we were buying our own things yet it was in one trolley. Also there were many other people standing next to each other yet she started with me. I said I’m not going anywhere we need to pay for our stuff she said oh you will see and goes to call the manager.. the manger comes and starts threatening to kick me out of the shop without listening to what we have to say. I think is it blady ridiculous that they are allowed to speak to customers the way he spoke to me. Shouting and customers, imagine, when we were simply trying to explain that we understand the rules however there is no need to be rude and that his employees should not be rude either.. I do not appreciate it at all. On top of that an employee comes to us straight after demanding were my mask is while I am on my way out of the shop. No one said anything when I went in the shop but you want to make a scene when we are leaving. What sense does that make. Some of the staff as well as that manager are absolutely disrespectful and rude and I will never give them business again. I understand that people are trying to do their job but that does not give any of them a right to treat other people in such a manner. I’m actually disgusted. When it was stage 5 they did not care now at stage 4 it seems to be a problem with everything. I felt like a target after that since they were all Trying to make a problem with something.
