Checkers online worst ever

The worst online grocery shop ever!!!!! It’s been more than 10 days and not a cent back into my account. It’s almost a R1000 that needs to be refunded. I don’t mind to wait but stick to what you promote . They don’t answer your calls they ignore your emails and if they do respond it’s always 2-10 working days from my bank. I think that is just plain bull****.

Checker online is the worst!! I will never ever ever shop by them again. I am going to reverse my amount and then we will see if they will get back to me then seeing that they not reponding. I don’t care who say what , they take more money from you and don’t think that people might infact need thy money. It was use to buy food and they don’t even deliver anything close to that! I order 10 items they deliver 3 but I still get charge for the full amount and end up not receiving any money back.
