Checkers online delivery service is a disappointment 😞

Checkers online has no respect for their customers #LIQ***. My dad's birthday in on the 4th. I ordered on the 26th November black Friday special. Delivery was promised on the 30th. I checked on the 30th through ***,it was promised on the 1st. No one is saying anything now on the 2nd. So where do I go if helpline fails to help.
