Checkers not taking responsiblity

I am so peeved off with Checkers Kenilworth. on the 25 February my wife slipped on some liquid OMO that was laying on the floor and hurt herself very badly that up until now cannot move properly.The incident happened just after 5 and we were told Jason Smith he called an ambulance and they are on the way and an hour later my wife was still sitting in pain only to find out a public service ambulance was called and then I insisted to call ER24 and in no time they were there.Also when asked where are the first aiders, we were told they left already.I was told by Jason that we would here from the insurance the next day by 10 in the morning. Nobody called, not even to find out how my wife was. I then phoned Jason at 2 and he forward my info to Sherene at the insurance company.Since then she advised the cleaning company is liable and that its out of Checkers hands.Checkers has not taken any responsibility, my wife had to phone around and she even phoned the area manager who said he will call back and still he hasn't returned the call.The cleaning company said they would cover the medical bills but checkers has completely ignored us.This will be going onto every social media platform.
