Checkers not so sixty sixty

I have ordered many times from them over the last few months. However today I placed an order at around 1230pm. The app took R428 from my card. And then it froze. I tried the call center and nothing. I emailed ..no response. I needed the groceries so I had to order again. So I spent over R800 from their error. I want my money back.
