Checkers not Responding (Unresolved Issues)

Sunday 26 June 2022 I placed an order for Huggies nappies which was on special for R189.99 per pack. I was charged the full price for this R219.99 on checkout. Haven't had a response on my in app query and when I call the number its continuously busy. ***

Yesterday 28 June 2022 I placed another order and had an issue with replacement given. I ordered Sinutab nasal spray which was out of stock and they decided to replace this with Vicks Cough Syrup...how the hell does this make sense ??? Honestly I want nasal spray how does cough syrup help me. I would like a refund on both these issues how do I go about this. ***
