Checkers!!! not refunding me

There are 2 transactions on my credit card that is not being banked. I called and the agent advised it will take 24 hrs, it been a week already! This is frustrating! I called my bank and they advised that the merchant - checkers needs to bank the transaction. Can this please sort this out ASAP, Checkers is holding my money! If this is not sorted, I’m taking this to social media & pointing out the bad service I keep receiving from checkers sixty 60! I have sent a number of emails and no response and I have called and no one can help me!!!! Message from the bank: If you check on your account, the transaction for checkers that was done on the 8th you will notice it reflects a different date because that is when they bank their transaction, they need to do the same with the transactions pending and bank them. you can provide them with this codes and inform them you have contacted your bank and have requested they release the funds with the below codes. 845111 and 963305
