Checkers not honoring adverti*****t

Checkers advertised as part of their grand opening a special on 5 x 500g any shape fattis and monis pasta. My wife took spaghetti, elbow pasta, macaroni etc., but when she reach the till they told her it's only 'shapes' pasta, not spaghetti. My wife felt that spaghetti IS A SHAPE of pasta and asked for the manager. Strangely the admin manager (Kyla) came to assist, who also insisted spaghetti is not shape of pasta. So firstly we called Fattis and Monis (Tigerbrand Foods), who confirmed that it was a shape of pasta. In fact, if you go to fattis and monis website, they have a tab that read pasta shapes, click on it and it show all variants, INCLUDING SPAGHETTI. I phoned the Checkers customer care line, who said they must contact the store and would get back to me, but needless to say, they never did.
