Checkers not checking the boxes in customer service

This is not the first time that I am complaining and I will do so until we get the service we are paying for. Once again Checkers Hyper Rustenburg is just not prioritizing the needs of their customers. It's the end of the month and once again there are not enough cashiers to assist the almost 700 000 clients. There are 35 till and not even half is manned. Then the next issue is the cashiers and packers who is forever on a tea party discussion instead of helping the customers quickly and sufficiently. It took me 45 minutes to fill my trolley with my monthly groceries, but I had to wait 1 hr in line. Why? Then, your 60Sixty drivers are driving recklessly. Skipping stop streets and driving like lunatics without any regards to road safety. You have 700 000 customers and you have a responsibility to serve them.
