Checkers not checking customer service

I love the new Checkers saving system. I save a lot of money. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service of the Checkers Hyper in Rustenburg. I have written so many emails and complaints and every time they say they are working hard to better their service. There are NEVER enough cashiers on month end. They have 30+ pay points, but there's never more than 8 cashiers to service a community of 592 000+. The staff who are suppose to get the stock for clients who use 60/60 are chatting away in the isles and the 60/60 drivers are rude and does not abide by road rules. The cashiers and packers chat away and having chat parties instead of concentrating on customer service and packing their customers groceries in a decent and neat way. Unfortunately we have no other retailer so we are stuck with poor service
