Checkers not better and better

Worst experience ever. The app was fualty. The order was over an hour late with no notification given. Customer service line blame load shedding and country wide error for why order is late but can in the same sentance promise me my order will arrive in 30 minutes. This is before I gave a order number. How does she know this? Is it perhaps scripted response. Email line dead for days. Driver calls me to assist him how to use the gps as he is in the wrong street and can find my street. Then tells my wife he does not work for checkers he only does these deliveries and we must not be rude. After all of this I can just be happy I got my order and some of the items were correct.
