Checkers Northmead Square

I was at Checkers Northmead Square and experienced the worst service ever, the first time this happened I thought the lady was just having a bad day. However the second time around I noticed that it was an attitude problem, everyone in the complex is complaining about this lady called Lerato who works in the Deli section. I complained and was told that the manager will get in touch with me however I'm still yet to receive that call and its been a week now.
