Checkers northgate service

I went to do my monthly shopping last month and after i got home i realised they hadent packed in my toilet paper into my trolly. On top of that the loaf of bread they sold us had a huge tear down the side and they refused to take it back their reasoning being that we could have been why it was damaged even though i told them that the bread was already stale that cant happen in the space of 15minutes.

The service was shocking and the staff are rather rude. They need to get this in order no customer should ever be treated with such disrigard and disrespect.
