ONCE AGAIN A BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHECKERS NORTHGATE! APPARENTLY IF YOU ARE A WHITE CUSTOMER YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET SERVICE - IT APPEARS THEY MAKE CLEAR DISTINCTIONS OF WHO IS GOING TO BE SERVED FIRST REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE BEEN STANDING FIRST IN A QUEUE - THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US A NUMBER OF TIMES AND IT IS NOW ENOUGH!! IT IS DISGUSTING! IN OUR BUSINESS WE TREAT EVERYBODY EQUALLY AND CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT TO US REGARDLESS OF RACE COLOUR OR CREED - THEIR LOYALTY AND SUPPORT ARE APPRECIATED - NOT SO WITH CHECKERS - EVEN IF YOU ARE EVENTUALLY SERVED YOU ARE NOT SPOKEN TO... MONEY MARKET COUNTER PARTICULARLY - THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN CHATTING TO EACH OTHER ! SORRY THERE ARE OTHER SUPER MARKETS WITH FAR BETTER CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND STORES AND PRODUCTS - WE WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT CHECKERS!!!!
