Checkers Northgate, you allow people with a trolley full of groceries (more than 10 items ) use your express tills (10 items or less ) You do nothing when other clients who have less items say something to the person with over the limit and that person becomes abusive, swearing and screaming and throwing products at the person who mentioned they shouldnt be at that till. Call customer service to complain as nothing was done by security or manageress and get told by the service desk that its your problem not Checkers.
