Checkers Norkem Mall not helpful

Please be careful when going to I Norkem Park when you have to buy groceries and more especially paying a bill. I was there this morning to do just that. When paying, their system froze or jammed. I waited over 10 minutes for their system to start up again as I insisted on a receipt. I made a bill payment to Ekurhuleni and if you don't have your receipt, how do you proof you have paid? I got home just to discover Checkers no longer quote your reference number on the bill payment. I have been on the phone since 10 o clock this morning just to be told it is my problem. They will not assist and I need to go to the municipal office and show my receipt. This is totally unacceptable, but they are adamant they will not assist.
