Checkers Nonesi Mall

What would you do if you order goods and the driver is so rude to you. He calls and says that he is at my address. I go out and he isn’t there so I call him and ask where he is. He tells me I gave the wrong address and shouted in the phone why did I do that! I rep**** I never did and he shouts at me again telling me I’m lying. He eventually arrives so I take my goods. When he leaves I tell him to go left and the gate will open automatically but he goes and parks on the right. This is totally unacceptable. Then I call Checkers Nonesi in Queenstown and report the incident where I was routed to another person who then said they will report it to the manager and apologised profusely and sorry that I had such bad service. Who wants to be treated like this. It’s a bad experience in this little town. My understanding is that orders are placed on a pin location so was I wrong?
