Checkers no help or assistance

Spent R780 on checkers 60 and received no checkers mini items. My son was sad so I went to checkers and purchased R390 of groceries. Received nothing. I phoned checkers and they could not care that I received nothing. This after going out my way to make my son happy. Checkers hooks our children with their ******* toys and then treat us like we nothing when asking to send us some.
