Checkers Nicolway - Poor Service Again

I had a poor customer experience again yesterday at Checkers Nicolway store, I made a simple request to the cashier to split the purchase of goods from the cash withdrawel I wanted to do at the till. This was not done when raised the issue with the assistant manager watched as they went from pillar to post not knowing how to resolve the issue, all I requested was a simple reversal of the transaction so that it could be re-processed in the manner requested.<br> In summary I walked out of the store wasting my time, incurring additional financial costs due to their staffs incompetence and utterly frustrated.<br> The store manager elected to hide away in her office. The promise that the regional manager Essentia Daniels would contact me back yesterday was not fulfilled.<br> In short Checkers doesn't care about their customers and is satisfied with providing lack lustre service to customers.
