Checkers Nicolway

Poor service. Staff are focused on personal conversation and staff conflict watched two ladies bickering of who should assist me at the bakery until a passing staff member had to intervene. Get to the till and I'm sent till to till with three people standing at one till. Not to mention you get to the vegetable stands and the have to go get someone to weight veggies for you. Checker nicolway is a great example of what a bad service looks like.

The tellers don't promote use of the rewards card. I had to insist the teller swipes the card so I can get discounts promoted.

Really sad that the are the only grocery store in that shopping centre excluding woolies
