Checkers new park Kimberley worst experience

Worst experience at Checkers at New Park Game Centre in Kimerley. I came there and bought for more than R200. Was supposed to get a seeding kit. Then was refused due to the cashier saying I needed my Checkers card. I asked her to use my I'd number as in the past they used it. She refused and said the money market is offline! Is it my fault that it was offline. DON'T ADVERTISE TELLING US WE CAN GET SEEDLING KITS BUT THEN WHEN WE SPEND THE MONEY YOU DONT GIVE IT. BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THATS UR FAULT. I am so dissipointed. She even got irritated when I said but she must help me. And she refused.
