Checkers never have cash for you to withdraw cash at till

Every time I want to do "Cash at till" transactions at Checkers, I request R1000 and they are NEVER able to fulfil it. They always say they can only give me R500. This happens especially regularly at the Brackengate store in Alberton.

Why do they work with FNB and offer a Cash at Till service if they are unable to fulfil the service? The manager made up some weak excuse that most customers pay by card. If that's the case then store R100 notes in the till the same as you have to do with coins in order to give customers change when they pay with notes. Is that so difficult to understand?

How are we supposed to meet our eBucks goals of doing more Cash at Till withdrawals than from ATMs when Checkers are blocking us from doing so?

I complained to the manager and he was so ***********, he couldn't even talk for himself. One of the other store members had to speak for him. I demand that this store manager is fired immediately and someone more competent is appointed to run the store in his place.
