CHECKERS MALL OF THE SOUTH NEGLIGENCE

I'm so appalled at Checkers.. I went to their branch at Mall of the South. Per usual when you are there you wait for so long. That team has no sense of urgency in general and it's mid week with till empty and store not busy.

The till lady called me to withdraw from her because I was waiting for long at the Money Market and my kids were getting restless. At the till the lady pressed the wrong thing when processing my withdrawal and I put in a pin their requested.

Through their neglectance I am sitting with a cash send amount pending and this amount was the reason me and kids are here to purchase urgent items for home. The store called Capitec and their confirmed that the amount in "pending" and it came out my account. So it's not redeemed to prove it's the error from @Checkers. Capitec is telling me to give them 7 days to investigate and to resolve.

I don't have 7 days as I need items for my home and children. I absolutely applauded that I have to suffer for the negligence of Checkers. And none of the staff there even the Manager is apologetic.

I require @Checkers to tell me how they will mitigate the situation as the funds that I needed to buy food for the kids is now locked due to their staff negligence

Im appalled and dishearted.
