Checkers needs to train their managers on how to deal with customers

Checkers needs to train their managers on how to deal with customers. They do not know their own products. The mamageress could not explain to me why the item I wanted was a 60/60 deal only. Even though on their website it did not specify 60/60 only. Terrible attitude from Lucia a manager there. As a Standard Bank customer I do all my shopping at Checkers. But not anymore. Checkers does not honor their advertising. FALSE ADVERTISING. I left a trolley of items worth R1000 and walked out. Spoke to a different lady in store (did not get her name) she said the fish was on special but when I got to the Till they refused to honor their advertising and said no I can only get that price on 60/60. Nowhere on the website that I saw does it say only available on 60/60. Clearly Checkers is too big now and doesn't need my business anymore.
