CHECKERS NEEDS TO CHECK MONEY BEFORE GIVING IT TO CUSTOMERS

So yesterday morning I go to checkers Horizon View to buy and ask for cash back. i did not need to use the cash so I did not check it, only to find out 1note is torn and now they do not want to take it back because i do not have a slip. we using technology they can track because I know the time I was there, but instead they tell me they cannot help me. am so angry a R100 note is a lot of money AND THEY WILL NEVER GIVE ME GROECERIES THAT COST THE SAME AMOUNT WITHOUT ME HAVING IT.
