Checkers N1 city lying about minis promotion

So we went to checkers Hyper N1 city to grab a few things, get to the till total comes to about R1600 so we expecting to get our 8 minis as my daughter collects them only to be told that the minis initiative has ended. Got home checked the website and see it says that it only ends 10 November. I have my slip. @checkers i would like my minis please. I'm not sure what your N1 city branch is up to.
