Checkers Mooirivier Junction -arrogant staff member-

Since the opening of Checkers Mooirivier Junction Potchefstroom, this has been our go to store although it’s a much further drive than the Checkers at Mooirivier Mall.

We have chosen to shop only at Checkers Mooirivier Junction Potchefstoom because it a very clean and tidy Checkers, also the staff are very well mannered.

Tonight, 6 June 2024 we visited the store just before 20:00, got everything we needed and headed to the pay point at 20:03.

On reaching the pay point, at till 1 I greeted NEO and she ignored me, I then requested that she please packs my simba crisp into separate bags, she ignored me once again!

She continued to till my items, within 2 minutes 3 of her colleagues walks up to her and she begins a personal conversation with them while scanning my items.

This person conversation continues in her own personal language, totally ignoring us or responding to my request. As the conversation continues she tells her colleague that this store closes at eight, click her tongue very rudely repeating this 4 times to make sure we heard her.

Our sushi platter was thrown upside down into the bag aswell as she took out all her frustration on the items we bought.

Having pathetic, unmannered staff like this is unacceptable.

Don’t let one unmannered person like NEO give Checkers Mooirivier Junction a bad reputation!

Checkers says “ we offer friendly service and fresh produce” I can vouch for the fresh produce only!
