Checkers Money Market Not returning our money

Last week Tuesday afternoon my wife & I deposited money via the till into our Standard Bank account. Till today we not yet received the money. We spoke to our bank, we were told to give it 3 working days. However when we checked today the bank tells us that we need to go back to the store because there is not proof of money to be received into my wife's account.
