Checkers Money Market has not paid my service providers like Vodacom

I use the Checkers Money Market to make payments to Vodacom and paying my municipality accounts. This month I keep getting notices that my accounts are in arrears. My Vodacom account has been suspended. This is also influence my credit record. Can you please explain why my service providers has not been paid?
