Checkers money market ****?

On the 29th of September 2023 I went to checkers money market to send money. On the 01 October 2023 the people I sent money to said that the money was taken. I didn't share my M number n pin with anyone but the person that I sent money to. How possible is it that my money was taken one hour after I sent it. How did they get my M number n pin. Will I be wrong to think that there's a possibility of inside job? Checkers will have to answer because I want my money. The whole R7980 was taken.
