worst experience ever. the money market que had over 50 people queuing and there was only two people working at the counters. when asking one of the staff members why there is only two people working there and yet it is this busy. she advise that that how they work they only two people and the other staff members that can work at the money market have been release and sent home. and I ask to speak to the manager "Indian guy" he confirmed that he indeed did sent two staff members home. that's how they operate he doesn't see anything wrong with the que we must just que. and then when I mansion to him that it is clearly that they work different from other checkers from cape town. he panic and apologised for the inconvenience.
