CHECKERS MOFFET ON MAIN - NO CHANGE

<p>I went this morning to Checkers at Moffet on Main as they opened. All I wanted to purchase was a cooldrink, and a chocolate which totalled to R17 so was going to pay with a R20 note - So change would have been R3.00.</p> <p>The 1st till I went to, the cashier stared at me blankly as if to say "you seriously want me to help you" , I just turned around and went to the next cashier, who also gave me a similar stare and looked around and then said "yoh, I have no change"...As in REALLY?! ... Are you telling me that Checkers does not ensure that their cashiers have a correct float???... And no change for a R20 note of all things?.... I would have understood maybe a R100 or R200 as thats normally the case at this Checkers, always have to wait for supervisors to run around from till to till trying to get change for the customer, but to not have a simple float. Does Checkers not do their cash-ups in the evening to ensure that the cashiers have a float in the morning?... ALL cashiers in the store did not have change at all!!...I simply walked out without purchasing my items!..This is totally poor service to say the least!...Not a happy customer at all!!!... I will rather go across the road to Walmer Park to purchase future goodies.</p>
