Checkers minis, where????

I use Checkers60 all the time and spend thousands monthly. As a loyal customer I expect the same respect, like when it comes to the Checkers minis that my kid loves so much. I'm supposed to receive one for every R200 spent, but every time your staff shorts me. Today I spend over R1000 but only received 3 minis. There have even been times that I spend over R300 yet receive no minis. Not on, Checkers
