Checkers Mini's out of stock

I am disappointed with how the Checkers Mini's was handled at the New Market Mall Branch. The manager assured me that new mini's would arrive on Tuesday the 21st of October, but none ever did. I went back a few times to check, but there was still no stock available. On the weekend all the promotional boards for the mini's are down, even though the checkout bags are still branded with the Checkers mini's. According to the information I saw, the campaign was meant to run until 9 November 2025, yet it seems to have ended early because stock has simply ran out. It is very disappointing that customers lose out on their Mini's when they have spent the qualifying amounts in good faith? I would really appreciate it of Checkers could assist me in receiving the Mini's I qualified for with my purchases up to 9 November, as originally promoted.
