Checkers Minis - failed the customers!

I have collected the Checkers mini since it started 6 years ago. Collected all the lego and plants. So I was very excited for the Minis again. 1. Not enough time was allocated to collect. 2. No I need 2 minis to complete my collection. The xtra savings card and the Lindt Chocolates. 3. I spent just under R2000 the last weekend and did NOT receive any minis!!!

I want the two I need please. I have spent the enough money to collect 9 so asking for 2 I need is not unreasonable.
